My goal in all classes is to provide breathing exercises and alignment techniques that will nurture the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of all of those who are present. In addition to my work with the general public, I design unique yoga and meditation practices for performing artists in order to provide deep rest and relaxation, allowing participants to return to their creative work with a greater sense of mind-body alignment.
